How do I book an appointment?

Complete the form with your preferred service, date, and time. Stella will personally confirm your appointment by text or WhatsApp, usually within a few hours.

Do I need to pay anything to book?

No. Booking is free. Payment for your service is collected at the studio the day of your appointment.

How should I prepare my hair?

Arrive on time. Come with your hair washed and blow-dried, or add a wash at the studio.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Please give at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future bookings.

What if I am running late?

We offer a 15 minute grace period. After that, a $25 late fee applies, and appointments over 30 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

Do you provide the hair?

Hair is not included in the service price. Indicate whether you need hair included when requesting your appointment.

How is the final price determined?

Listed prices are starting points. Final pricing depends on hair length, density, and any added details such as custom parting or color.

Can I bring a guest or my child?

Yes. Partners, friends and kids are welcome to keep you company during your appointment.
